Shelly, this is a fantastic essay. Congratulations on being on the Patient & Caregiver Advisory Committee and thank you for all you do to improve the treatment for ALS patients. It is horrifying to hear how archaic the system is and how unresponsive the agencies are to the current needs of ALS patients. Thank you for educating us so we can raise our voices too. — Eileen
